Went jogging for the first time today. This was to work out the sumptous buffet we had the day before. We stuffed ourselves to the max, trying to complete the portion we took plus those the girls could not finish. We jogged by this old couple who waved to us like we knew each other for ages. It was just so endearing. The people here are rather friendly and definitely more polite than Singaporeans. We're immersed right amongst the culture. I'm glad we came.
My newest past-time is trying to figure out how to reply friendly gestures. Like if someone said thank you, it was only natural for them to reply "u're welcome". Then if someone said Good morning, you could reply "Good morning, have a good day". This and many more.
Another thing, there're SO MANY flavour for Ben & Jerrys. In fact we bought 5 different flavours of ice cream which we have never seen before in Singapore, and we worked on our first tub - Half baked.
